Updating your Business Details
The article will guide you on how to update your business details on the NOQ back end portal
The NOQ team will initially populate your business information using the details provided during the initial setup. If you need to make any updates, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Login into the NOQ portal - app.noqgroup.com
The login details will have been provided by the NOQ team. If you need a reminder of these details, please email support@noqgroup.com - Select 'Business Settings' from the left sidebar, then click on 'Business Profile' from the available options. This section allows you to update your business details as needed. If you wish to change the default email address, please reach out to support@noqgroup.com for assistance.
- Select 'save profile' once you have completed updating this section.
