How to Switch User
To access the NOQ EPOS app PIN screen to change User, simply tap the yellow Switch User icon located in the top right corner of the display. If you are using a tablet, the button is clearly labelled Switch User. This will sign the previous user out and display the PIN pad.
The next user can now enter their PIN to sign into their account.
Alternatively, Switch User can also be found in the Navigation Menu:
1. Open the Navigation Menu:
- On the EPOS terminal, tap the three-line menu icon in the top left corner.
2. Select Switch User.
3. Enter next user's PIN.
