Viewing Reports on NOQ EPOS

View real-time reports for the whole store. This is a live tally broken down by product sales, gross sales, net sales and cash takings.

Accessing Live Reports

  1. Log in to the EPOS App.

  2. Tap the three lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner.

  3. Select Reports from the menu.

Live Sales Report

  • The report shows a live tally of sales starting from the moment you opened the register.

  • To finalize the sales data, close the register to generate a detailed sales report that will be sent to your email.

Note: You cannot close the register if there are:

  • Open table tabs or active orders. Ensure these are closed first.

  • Saved tabs are allowed and will not prevent closing.


Report Breakdown

The generated report is divided into four tabs:

1. Product Sales

  • Displays all items sold.

  • Includes:

    • Quantity sold

    • Total revenue

    • Percentage of total sales

2. Gross Sales

  • Provides a breakdown of total sales before fees and refunds.

3. Banked Sales

  • Shows revenue after deducting fees and refunds.

4. Cash

  • Details cash flow, including:

    • Cash in/out

    • Petty cash

    • Current cash position


Accessing Previous Reports

  • Use the Check History button to view and download previous reports.
