Pre-Order Setup

To get started head to NOQ Backend Portal > Stores and open the stores you want to setup for pre order days. 

1. Select Assign Menus, select the edit button on the end of the menu name.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Setup Pre-order Days 
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select the times for when you want pre-orders functioning
   • All times - this is a on going pre-order setup. 
   • On a single date - This could be for a specific event that you've got coming up and you want automated for the date. 
   • On a custom range - This could be for a limited time, say for a popup for a venue.
      
   
   
   
   
4. Setup your Pre-Order settings 
   • Start accepting pre-orders from the amount of days in advance 
   • Slot duration the length of slots that you're offering 
   • Max products per slot the amount of products you're available to produce in the slot duration 
   • Max orders per slot 
   • Notification time before is what you're notified before the order is due 
   • Pre-order cut off is how far in advance the cut off is before last orders 
   
   
   
   
5. Set up your Pre-order days and times. You can set it so that there are multiple times throughout the day customers can pre-order. E.g. the kitchen shuts between 2pm -5pm you can set up two pre-order timings. 
   
   
   
   
   
6. Once completing the setup, please ensure you are always selecting 'activate pre-orders' and then Save the amendments you make.
