Pin Screen

The Pin Screen is where you will find the PIN keypad, which is used to sign in when you have multiple users. You can also Clock In/Out, Close Register for end of day reports, access Device Settings, and Refresh the app after backend changes.

Pin Keypad

After logging into the NOQ EPOS/Lite app, you will encounter the PIN keypad.

Each Manager and Staff User is assigned a unique PIN that grants them access to the NOQ EPOS app.

Upon signing in with their PIN, the app adjusts according to the User's permissions you have set in the NOQ Backend Portal (for instance, a staff member may not have the authority to modify menu items, so that option will be unavailable when they log in).

If you only have 1 Staff User assigned to your Store, a Skip button will display allowing you to login without entering your PIN every time.

💡Reminder💡

If you have forgotten your PIN, the Default Manager can view and generate new PIN codes as well as adjust staff permissions by navigating to the Backend Portal ▶️ Business Settings ▶️ Users ▶️ Managers/Staff. Check out our Creating Staff User Guide for more info!
