How to Create a Payment Link

Log into your NOQ Portal.

Select Payment Links on the left sidebar.

Within the Payment Links section, select Create Payment Link.
- Complete the fields
- Store: The store where the payment link amount will be reported. You can create a new store within the store profile to separate these payments.
- Amount: Insert the total amount you wish to charge.
- Valid Until: Specify the time frame within which the customer/client must make the payment.
Fill out the relevant details for the payment link you would like to send:

T&Cs Link: Provide a link to your terms and conditions, which must include the necessary details for using the payment links feature. (Refer to the list of Adyen requirements at the bottom of this document.)

Specify the details to be recorded:
- 'Ask the shopper to fill in their personal details': Specify what information you want the customer to provide.
- 'Manually enter shopper details': Enter the shopper's details yourself.

Once your options are selected, press Create in the top-right corner of your screen.

You can choose to:
- Send the payment link directly to your customer/client, or
- Save it as a draft and send it later.

If you select Send Now, input the email address of the client.

You can view all created payment links on your dashboard, including:
- Status: Completed, expired, draft, pending, refunded, or partial refund.
- View Details: Review all the information inputted in the payment link.
- Send Email: Send the email if it's in draft form or resend it.
- Archive: Archive a payment link saved as a draft.
- Refund: Refund a completed payment link

Requirements for Terms and Conditions
Based on consumer law and scheme regulations, your terms and conditions must include the following information:
General Terms
Your general terms must cover:
- A description of the product or service you sell.
- An explanation of how payments are processed (e.g., instantly or through a subscription).
- Mention of any third parties involved in providing the service or product.
- The name of the legal entity responsible for payment processing (i.e., the legal entity of the merchant account used to create the payment link).
- The governing law that applies to the relationship between you and your customers.
Your Privacy Policy
Your privacy policy must outline:
- What data you are storing.
- What data you are sharing with third parties.
- Your cookie policy.
Your Delivery Information
The delivery information must state:
- How long it takes for the shopper to receive the product or service.
- Which countries or regions you deliver to, if applicable.
Your Refund and Cancellation Policy
The refund and cancellation policy must explain:
- Whether the shopper can get their money back for a product or service purchased.
- The methods by which the shopper can return a product or cancel a service.
- The process for returning a product or canceling a service.
Contact Information
Shoppers must have access to your contact details in case of questions. Your website or app must include:
- Your legal entity name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number.
