Viewing Past Orders
The Past Orders screen is a transaction management interface designed for reviewing completed sales within the NOQ EPOS app. It allows users to filter and search past transactions based on location, payment method, order status, and staff
Key Functionalities:
✅ Track past transactions with order details.
✅ Filter/search orders by date, status, payment method, and staff.
✅ View total sales by payment type.
✅ Identify sales performance and staff activity
1. Filtering and Searching Orders
- Filters Available:
- Location: Choose the location of the transaction. (e.g., Store, Site, Device/Terminal)
- Origin: Select the order source (e.g., EPOS, Online).
- Start and End Date: Specify a date range for past orders.
- Payment Method: Filter by cash, card, or All.
- Status: Filter by order status (e.g., Completed, Pending).
- Search By: Allows searching by different criteria (e.g., Physical Card, Card Number, Order Number, etc.).
- Scan Card Button: If the customer is there, you can ask them to scan their card to instantly find their orders.
- Reset All Button: Clears all filters and restores the full order list.
2. Order Details Display
The main table lists past orders with columns for:
- Order ID: Unique identifier for each transaction.
- Type: The type of order (e.g., Counter, Online).
- Served By: The staff member handling the order.
- Closed Time: The time the order was completed.
- Amount: The transaction value (can be sorted from highest to lowest.
- Status: Shows if the order is Completed or Refused.
3. Summary Information
At the bottom of the screen, a summary provides:
- Total Orders
- Cash Total
- Card Total
4. Refunds, Receipts, Print, & Send to KDS
Clicking on an order will give you several options:
- Refund - Make a partial or full refund.
- Email - This will email the receipt to the customer.
- Print - This will send the order to the printer.
- KDS - This will send the order to the KDS.
