Online Ordering Settings
This guide will demonstrate how to change your online settings, including Estimated Prep Time to keep your customers informed. This will be reflected on the web app when customers order via the QR code.
Adjusting Online Order Settings

Open Settings:
- Within the EPOS app, select Online from the top drop down list then click the Settings Cog in the top-right corner.
- Within the EPOS app, select Online from the top drop down list then click the Settings Cog in the top-right corner.

Settings Options:
- Toggle Pre-Orders and Live Orders on or off as needed.
- Set an Estimated Preparation Time, which will be displayed to customers during the ordering process.
