Menu (Display) Settings

If you have created multiple menus on the Backend Portal, you can select which ones are available on your NOQ EPOS app within this section.

How do I Select Which Menus are Available on my Device or Available for Online Customers?

  1. Open the NOQ EPOS/Lite App and tap Device Settings from the PIN screen or if already logged in, tap the Menu (three lines in the top right corner). then into Device Settings.
  2. Tap on Menu Settings.


  3. Toggle the purple squares on/off for In-Person menus per service types e.g. Counter or Table (the menus you will see on your device - available on NOQ EPOS and Lite).

  4. Toggle the purple squares on/off for Online menus per service types e.g. Collection or Delivery (the menus your customer's will view - not available on NOQ EPOS Lite).

  5. Select between you menus (and Item List) on the main EPOS Counter view by using the second drop down menu at the top of the screen.
