Managing Stock Availability

The guide will demonstrate how you can manage item and modifier availability direct from the NOQ EPOS/Lite app.

Accessing the Stock Management Section

  1. Log in to the NOQ EPOS/Lite app using your credentials.

  2. Tap the navigation menu (the three-line button in the top-left corner of the screen).

  3. Select the Stock option from the menu.

Navigating the Stock Management Interface

  • Menu Selection: Use the drop-down list at the top of the screen to choose the menu you wish to manage.

  • View Options: Switch between viewing:

    • Items  

    • Modifiers

  • Filter: 

    • Active - Will only display active items/modifiers

    • Archived  - Will only display archived items/modifiers

    • Both Active and Archived - Will display both

  • Search Functionality: Use the search box to quickly locate a specific item or modifier by name.

Managing Item/Modifier Availability

Toggle Availability:

  • Each item or modifier has a toggle switch beside it.
  • Flip the toggle to either On or Off:
    • On: The item/modifier will appear on your menus.
    • Off: The item/modifier will be hidden from your menus.

Changes take effect immediately and reflect across the app for customers and staff.
