Managing Online Orders

This guide explains how to manage online orders in the NOQ EPOS app, including processing pending orders, managing active and pre-ordered items.

Accessing Online Orders

  1. Open Online Orders:


    • Click Online at the top of the screen of the NOQ EPOS app.
    • Here, you can view and manage your online orders, pre-orders, and access online settings.


Managing Order Statuses 

  1. Pending Orders:

    • If Auto Accept is disabled, incoming orders will appear in the Pending section for manual confirmation. If Auto Accept is enabled, incoming orders will go straight to Active.
    • To confirm an order:
      • Select Online from drop down at top of screen then select Pending.
      • Select the order that needs confirmation.
      • Here you can accept or reject the order

TIP If the order does not get accepted within the pending stage, the customer will not be charged

  1. Active Orders:

    • Active orders are those that are live but not yet completed and have been accepted (either manually or automatically).
    • To manage an active order:
      • Select Online from drop down at top of screen then select Active.
      • Select the order from the list to view Order Details.
      • Click Ready to inform the customer the order is ready to collect
      • Click Complete to mark the order as fulfilled or Print to print the order.

  2. Pre-Ordered Items:

    • These are orders scheduled for future pickup, ready to be collected.

    • To manage pre-orders:
      • Select Online from drop down at top of screen then select Pre-Ordered.
      • Select the order to view details.
      • Click Customer to view customer contact information.
      • The Collection Date and Time is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

      • Click Ready to inform the customer their order is ready for collection
      • After the customer collects the order, click Complete to finalize it.
