Managing 3G/4G Connection on Your Device
🚨Important:🚨 Your terminal includes a multi-network SIM card. Do not remove or tamper with it unless instructed to do so.
Checking Your SIM Card Connection
- Look at the top of your screen for a 4G symbol.
- Connection strength ranges from 1 bar (low) to 5 bars (strong).
Activating or Deactivating the SIM Card
1. Navigate to the Backend Portal:
- Go to app.noqgroup.com and log in.
2. Navigate to Terminals screen
- Select Device Management from the menu.
- Choose Terminals.

3. Locate Your Device:
- Use the search bar to enter the last 6 digits of your device’s serial number.
- You can also narrow down results by selecting specific stores or sites.

4. Activate or Deactivate SIM Card:
- In the Sim Card column, toggle the switch to On to activate 4G, or Off to deactivate it.
5. Restart the Terminal:
- Hold the power button for 2 seconds.
- Click Restart when prompted.
- Your changes will apply after the terminal restarts.
