How to View Reports on the NOQ Backend Portal
This guide explains how to access and generate different types of reports from the NOQ Backend Portal.
To view reports, please visit the NOQ Backend Portal and sign in.
Sales Summary Reports (Internal Stores)
Navigation: Access the Sales Summary for Internal Stores by following this path: Reporting > Sales > Sales Summary > Stores.
- Select the Store Name.
- Choose a Time Frame (Hour, Day, Week, Month, Year, or Custom).
- Select the Time Frame Period.
- Click Generate.
Filters: Reports can be filtered by Service Type (e.g., counter, online, table) and by Devices.
Report Types:
- Sales Summary
- Breakdown of Product Sales, Net and Gross Sales, Fees, and Payouts.
- Includes a comparison tool for previous periods.
- Other Summaries
- Breakdown of additional sales reports such as Discounts Used, Tax Summary, Refund Summary, and more.
Sales Summary Reports (Sites)
Navigate to the Sales Summary for External Stores by following the pathway: Reporting > Sales > Sales Summary > Sites.
- Select the Site Name.
- Choose a Time Frame (Hour, Day, Week, Month, Year, or Custom).
- Select the Time Frame Period.
- Click Generate.
Filters: Reports can be filtered by Zone, Store Type (Owner or External), Store Name, and Service Type.
Report Types:
- Sales Summary
- Breakdown of Product Sales, Net and Gross Sales, Fees, Payouts, and External Store Deductions and Adjustments.
- Breakdown of Product Sales, Net and Gross Sales, Fees, Payouts, and External Store Deductions and Adjustments.
- Other Summaries
- Breakdown of additional sales reports such as Discounts Used, Tax Summary, Refund Summary, and more.
Sales Summary Reports (Invited Sites)
Navigate to the Sales Summary for External Stores by following the pathway: Reporting > Sales > Sales Summary > Invited Sites.
- Select the Site Name.
- Choose a Time Frame (Hour, Day, Week, Month, Year, or Custom).
- Select the Time Frame Period.
- Click Generate.
Filters: Reports can be filtered by Store Name, and Service Type.
- Download PDF will download an overview of the current screen
Report Types:
- Sales Summary
- Breakdown of Product Sales, Net and Gross Sales, Fees, Payouts, and External Store Deductions and Adjustments.
- Export CSV Transactions will export a detailed breakdown of each row.
- Breakdown of Product Sales, Net and Gross Sales, Fees, Payouts, and External Store Deductions and Adjustments.
- Other Summaries
- Breakdown of additional sales reports such as Discounts Used, Tax Summary, Refund Summary, and more.
Product Reports
Navigate to the Product Reports section by following this pathway: Reporting > Sales > Products.
- Select the Type of product.
- Select the Stock Location.
- Choose a Time Frame.
- Click Generate.
Report Types:
- Summary Product Sales
- Provides a full list of products sold and associated sales data.
- Provides a full list of products sold and associated sales data.
- Product Statistics
- Breakdown of product sales, quantities, and portfolio share compared to other items.
- Breakdown of product sales, quantities, and portfolio share compared to other items.
- Product Trends
- Sales trajectory by Stock Categories and Time Frame.
- Sales trajectory by Stock Categories and Time Frame.
- Advanced Product Report
- Compare product sales against previous months.
- Compare product sales against previous months.
Payout Reports
To access Payout Reports, follow this navigation path: Reporting > Fees and Payouts > Payouts.
- Select the Account ID.
- Click Generate.
Report Types:
- Pending Payout
- Details of pending payouts by balance accounts.
- Details of pending payouts by balance accounts.
- Payout Trends
- View payout trends based on the selected time frame, including trends by balance accounts.
- View payout trends based on the selected time frame, including trends by balance accounts.
- Transactions
- Generate transaction data for each balance account, with filters for transaction types and refunds.
