How to Use the NOQ Insights App for on the go Reporting

This guide explains how to download the NOQ Insights app and view sales data for Sites and Stores, allowing you to access Gross, Product, and Banked sales reports.

Step 1: Downloading the NOQ Insights App

  1. Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
  2. Search for NOQ Insights and download the app.
  3. Open the app and log in with your credentials. If you don’t have login information, contact NOQ support for assistance.

Step 2: Access the Report Section

  1. Once logged in, tap the Three Lines menu icon in the top left.

Step 3: Select the Report Type (Site or Store)

  1. Tap Site Report to view data for a specific site, or tap Store Report to view data for a particular store.
  2. Use the Store dropdown to select the relevant store, or view All Stores if needed.

Step 4: Set Filters for Your Report

  1. In the Service Type dropdown (for Stores only), choose the service type (e.g., Mobile or Onsite Counter).
  2. Set your Start Date and End Date by tapping the date fields, selecting your dates, and clicking Confirm.

Step 5: Generate and Expand the Report

  1. Tap Generate to create your report based on the selected filters.
  2. Use the Hide option to expand your screen view for easier navigation if needed.

Step 6: Understanding Report Categories

After generating the report, you can switch between these categories to access different types of sales insights:

  • Gross Sales: Overview of total sales, showing key metrics like total transactions, store sales, service types, and the average transaction amount. Includes graphs and summary figures for a quick assessment of sales performance.

  • Product Sales: Detailed breakdown of product sales, including total items sold, item quantities, modifiers, and service type summaries. This helps identify product popularity and the modifiers impacting sales.

  • Banked Sales: Total amount banked after fees, showing the net sales ready for payout. This includes a summary of banked sales, owned stores' banked sales, merchant service charges, and payment type breakdowns for financial reconciliation.

Step 7: Sending the Report via Email

  1. To share the report, tap Send PDF to Email.
  2. Enter the recipient's email, select the values to include, and click Send to send the PDF report directly.
