Refreshing Terminals after Backend Changes (S1F2 and S1E2L)
If you have made any changes to your account on the NOQ Portal, refresh all of your Terminals so that your changes are reflected in app by following the steps below. Please ensure that you are connected to a stable network.
- To begin, navigate to the NOQ EPOS/Lite application and click on the yellow ‘switch user’ icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- On the pin pad screen, locate and click the ‘Refresh’ button at the bottom left corner. After that, you have the option to either click ‘Skip’ or enter your PIN to proceed.
