How to edit your order reference number
This guide will demonstrate how to view and edit your order reference numbers. It can be edited in your apps or on the backend portal.
1. Access the NOQ Backend Portal
- Log in to the NOQ Backend Portal.
2. Navigate to Your Store
- Click on the Stores tab.
- Find your store in the list.
- Click Edit to access the store’s settings.
3. Select Store Profile
- To add, amend or view your order reference number, review the information inside the 'Order Prefix' box. Once you've made any changes, if you have don't forget to hit 'Save Store'.
1. Open the NOQ EPOS/Lite App
- Tap Device Settings from the PIN screen or if already logged in, tap the Menu (three lines in the top right corner). then into Device Settings.
2. Tap 'Printers and Cash Drawer' (NOQ EPOS)
- or 'Printers' (NOQ EPOS Lite)
3. Editing your order reference number
- You can edit this prefix or leave it as is. If you make any changes this will automatically save.
