Editing Staff Permissions
Use this guide to update permissions and regenerate PINs for staff members in the NOQ Backend Portal.
1. Access the Staff Member's Page
- Log into the NOQ Backend Portal.
- Navigate to Business Settings > Users > Staff.
- Locate the relevant staff member and click the Edit button.
2. Adjust Permissions
- In the Access Type box, you can view and modify the staff member’s permissions.
- To Remove a Permission: Click the X next to any permission you wish to remove.
- To Add a Permission: Click the dropdown icon to view all available permissions. Click on a permission to add it.
- To Remove a Permission: Click the X next to any permission you wish to remove.
3. Regenerate Staff PIN
- To assign a new PIN, click Generate Pin. This updates the PIN, which the staff member will use to log into EPOS applications.
After making the necessary adjustments, click on the Save Staff button. This action will instantly update the staff member's permissions and PIN in the system.
