Revoking manager access

This article provides step-by-step instructions on revoking manager access from a current manager.

  1. Navigate to 'Business Settings' located on the left-hand side, then click on 'Users.' From this section, you will be able to select 'Managers.'

  2. Click on 'archive' next to the manager you wish to remove. This action will prevent them from accessing the back end portal and using their unique pin code on the EPOS applications.

  3. If you need to restore their access in the future, simply click on 'unarchive.'
