Creating automated reports
This article will guide you through how to setup automated reports the backend portal.
1. Access the NOQ Backend Portal
- Log in to the NOQ Backend Portal.
2. Select 'Export Library
- Select 'Scheduling' then '+ Create Report Schedule'
3. Create Scheduled Report
- 'Active' or 'Paused' means that from the creation of this report it will either be automated from the get go or you'll need to activate it.
- Set the Schedule name. If this is for a festival, I would recommend the name of the festival.
- Report type will be either an entire site you want to report on or a specific store.
- Site Report type will provide you with a selection of sites you have access to with the ability to filter the report by zones and select specific stores you want to see in the report
- Store Report type will provide you with a selection of stores you have access to with the ability to select one and the ability to select a specific service type or view them all in the report.
4. Selecting the start and end date of the report
- Select your 'Start date' and 'Active Until' dates by selecting the box and picking the dates from the calendar that will autofill the date boxes.
5. Setting the occurrence of report and its timing
- You're able to set the reports occurrence to 'Daily' or 'Weekly'.
- You're able to specify the exact time for when you want the report delivered.
6. Your report recieptients
- The 'Email reports to recipients' toggle is there for ??
- To enter your recipient's emails, simply type their email followed by a comma, alternatively press enter on your keyboard and this will enter their emails.

Once you're happy with your report settings, select 'Save Changes'. It will redirect you to the scheduling page.
7. Viewing your automated reports
- This is where all of your created automated reports will live unless they're deleted, in which case you will need to create another one.
- The three dots on the far right are your key to editing and amending specific schedules, stopping the schedule or deleting them.
