Assigning Menus To Services

This guide will walk you through the process of assigning a Menu to a Service Type on the NOQ Backend Portal.

Step 1: Navigate to the Menu Assignment Page

  1. Log in to the NOQ Backend Portal.
  2. Go to Stores and click Edit ✏️on the relevant store.
  3. Click Assign Menus.

Step 2: Assign Menus to Service Types

  • You will see a list of Service Types set up for your business.

  • Click Add next to a Service Type. This will take you to the menu selection screen.
  • Use the Select Menu dropdown to choose your menu then click Add.

  • You can assign multiple menus to a single Service Type (e.g., different menus for evenings or weekends).

Step 3: Managing Menus

  • Once a menu is assigned, a Remove button will appear for when/if you want to unassign it.

  • If you have a Printer or KDS set up, an Assign Printers and KDS to Menu Items button will also appear (covered in separate guide).
  • If you need to return to the Select Menu page, click the edit button ✏️ next to the Menu's name on the Assign Menu screen.

Step 4: Finalizing Changes

  • Ensure you have added your menu to each of your available Service Types.
  • If you are using a Printer or KDS, proceed to the final guide for setup instructions.
  • If you do not use a Printer or KDS, you're done!
    • Refresh your EPOS app on all terminals and devices to apply the changes.
