Adding Allergens to your Items

This guide will walk you through the process of adding allergens to your items.

  • Access the NOQ Backend Portal
    Navigate to the NOQ backend portal and follow this path:
    Products > F&B Products > Master Stocklist > Items.

  • Create or Edit an Item

    • To create a new item, click the Create Item button.
    • To edit an existing item, click the pencil icon next to the item.

  • Add Allergens to the Item

    • In the item window, go to Item Customisation > Custom Attributes.
    • From the list, select Allergens and click Add.
    • A dropdown will appear—select the relevant allergens for the item.

  • Save the Item

    • After selecting the allergens, click Next and then Save.

  • Customer Filter Feature
    Customers can now filter the menu to hide items containing allergens, improving their user experience.
